Product images are for illustration and actual colour may vary slightly. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse any order and change prices at any time without notice. We do our best to display product information accurately, but we do not warrant that descriptions are error-free.

Orders and payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. If we cannot fulfil your order we will notify you and issue a full refund. You agree to provide current and accurate purchase and account information.

International orders

We ship to the United States, Europe and Australia. Import duties, taxes and customs handling fees are set by your local authorities, are not included in the price you pay us, and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Product use and safety

Our bidet attachments are intended for household use with standard toilet fittings and a mains water supply. Please follow the included installation instructions and make sure all connections are properly tightened before turning the water back on. We are not liable for damage caused by improper installation or by use outside the intended purpose.

To the extent permitted by law, Bidetly is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or this site. Nothing in these terms limits any statutory rights you have as a consumer.
