Why it is different

Warm, on a dial

No cold-water shock.

Ten minutes

No plumber, no drilling.

Solid brass

Where cheap bidets leak.

No power

Runs on water pressure.

Cold water is why most people give up on their bidet.

This one fixes that

Installing it is the easy part

Everything you need is in the box — two brass T-valves, a braided cold line, a 250 cm hot line, teflon tape, and the right adapter for your country.

01

Shut off and lift the seat

Close the shut-off valve behind your toilet and flush. Unscrew the seat and lift it off.

02

Slide the bidet into place

Set it between the seat and the bowl, line up the bolt holes, screw the seat back down.

03

Connect two hoses

Braided line to the cold supply, long hose to the hot valve under your sink. Turn the water on and check for drips.

Questions people ask first

Do I need a hot water line at the toilet?

You need access to a hot water shut-off valve. In most bathrooms that is under the sink rather than at the toilet, which is why the hot hose is 250 cm long. If your toilet sits unusually far from a sink, measure before you order.

Will it fit my toilet?

It fits standard two-piece toilets — the kind with a separate tank sitting on the bowl. Water inlet threads differ between countries, so we ship the adapter that matches your delivery address. If you have a one-piece or wall-hung toilet, email us before ordering and we will check the fitting with you.

I rent. Can I install this?

Yes. Nothing is drilled, cut or permanently altered. It connects to the existing water supply line and comes off in a few minutes, leaving the bathroom exactly as you found it.

Does it need electricity?

No. There is no motor, no heater and no battery. It runs on your household water pressure, so no outlet near the toilet is required and there is no plug or voltage to worry about wherever you live.

What if it leaks?

Most leaks come from a connection that was not fully hand-tightened, and the included teflon tape solves nearly all of them. If it still leaks, email us with a photo and we will replace it or refund you.

Where do you ship, and how long does it take?

We ship to the United States, Europe and Australia. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days; delivery time depends on your destination and is shown at checkout. You get a tracking number as soon as your order leaves us.
