Thank you for shopping with Bidetly. Here is how we ship your order.

Where we ship

We ship to the United States, Europe and Australia. If your country is not offered at checkout, email us before ordering and we will tell you whether we can reach you.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery time

Delivery time depends on your destination and on the shipping method you choose at checkout, where the estimate for your address is shown before you pay. Delivery estimates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather and customs clearance can add days.

Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order leaves us. Tracking information can take 24-48 hours to start updating.

Shipping rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the items in your cart. Any free shipping offer will be shown on the product page and at checkout.

Customs, duties and taxes

Orders shipped outside the country of dispatch may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs handling fees. These are set by your local authorities and are not included in the price you pay us. Any such charges are the responsibility of the recipient. We declare the full value of every shipment.

Fittings for your country

Water inlet threads differ between countries. We ship the inlet adapter that matches your delivery address, so please make sure your shipping country is correct at checkout.

Wrong or incomplete address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an address that was entered incorrectly. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange reshipment.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, email us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will open a claim with the carrier and make it right.
