Refund and Return Policy

At Bidetly we want you to be happy with your purchase. If something is not right, we are here to help.

30-day returns

You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return. The item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. For hygiene reasons, bidet attachments that have been installed and used can only be returned if they are defective or damaged.

How to start a return

Email info@bidetly.us with your order number and a short description of the issue. If the item arrived damaged or faulty, please include photos. Once your return is approved we will send you the return address and instructions. Items sent back without prior approval cannot be accepted.

Return shipping

If the return is because the item is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, we cover return shipping. For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is paid by the customer. On international returns, any customs charges raised on the way back are also the customer's responsibility.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know whether the refund was approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few extra days to appear on your statement. Original shipping charges are refunded only where the return is due to a fault on our side.

Damaged or incorrect items

Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us within 7 days if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. We will make it right with a replacement or a full refund, and we cover the return shipping.

Wrong adapter for your country

We ship the inlet adapter that matches your delivery address. If the fitting does not match your plumbing, email us with a photo of your water supply connection. In most cases we can send the correct adapter rather than process a full return.

Cancellations

If your order has not shipped yet, email us and we will cancel it and refund you in full. Once an order has shipped it can no longer be cancelled, but you can return it under the policy above.

Right to cancel in the EU and UK

If you are ordering from the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order without giving a reason. This right is in addition to our 30-day policy above.

Non-returnable items

Sale items and gift cards are final sale.
