What's in the box
  • Bidet unit
  • Metal-braided hose, 73 cm — cold line
  • Hose, 250 cm — hot line
  • Two solid brass T-valves
  • Rubber bumpers and stopper
  • Teflon tape and installation manual
  • The inlet adapter that matches your country
Installing it

Close the shut-off valve behind your toilet and flush to empty the tank. Unscrew the toilet seat and lift it off.

Set the bidet between the seat and the bowl, line it up with the bolt holes, and screw the seat back down on top.

Connect the braided line to the toilet's cold supply and the long hose to the hot valve under your sink. Hand-tighten both, turn the water back on, check for drips.

About ten minutes. The only tool you might need is an adjustable wrench.

Will it fit?

Fits standard two-piece toilets — the kind with a separate tank sitting on the bowl.

Water inlet threads differ between countries, so we ship the adapter that matches your delivery address.

You need a hot water shut-off valve within reach of the 250 cm hose, usually the one under your bathroom sink. If your toilet sits unusually far from a sink, measure first.

One-piece or wall-hung toilet? Message us before ordering and we will check the fitting with you.

Shipping and returns

We ship to the United States, Europe and Australia. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and every order ships with tracking.

You have 30 days from delivery to return it. If it arrives faulty or damaged we cover return shipping and replace or refund it.

Warm water is the difference between something you tolerate and something you use every day.

What you actually get

Warm water, not a compromise

It plumbs into both your hot and cold supply and blends them at the dial. Nothing is heated on board, so there is no warm-up wait and no element to burn out.

Two nozzles behind a guard

One for rear wash, one for feminine wash. Both sit behind a guard gate and rinse themselves before they extend, so nothing sits exposed between uses.

Brass where the leaks happen

Two solid brass T-valves and a metal-braided cold line. The plastic valves on cheaper attachments are the single most common reason they get returned.

Fits under the seat you already own

The body slides between your existing seat and the bowl. Nothing is drilled or cut, and it lifts back out in a few minutes if you move.

Who it is for

01

Older adults

Bidets remove the bending, twisting and reaching that make the bathroom hard. Warm water turns it from something tolerated into something used daily.

02

Recovering

After surgery or childbirth, warm water is kinder than paper. Nothing to plug in and nothing to charge while you are healing.

03

Renters

Nothing is drilled or cut. It lifts back out in a few minutes and leaves the bathroom exactly as you found it.
